Role Description

As a Customer Care Associate (Business Development Representative) , you'll be the first impression of our company and an essential part of our customer experience. Your ability to build trust and create meaningful conversations directly contributes to our success.

• Responding quickly to inbound phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
• Scheduling appointments for our sales, service, and home energy teams
• Following up with homeowners to answer questions and guide them through the next steps
• Making outbound calls to new leads, existing customers, and past proposals
• Promoting our Membership Program and explaining its benefits
• Reconnecting with previous customers regarding open estimates and home improvement opportunities
• Confirming upcoming appointments and communicating schedule updates
• Following up after appointments and installations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collecting customer information accurately within our CRM system
• Assisting customers with service requests and coordinating with internal departments
• Supporting marketing campaigns through timely customer outreach
• Collecting payments when appropriate
• Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, service, and operations teams to create a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, or call center experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with CRM systems and multiple computer applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our Marlborough office
• Previous experience in HVAC, home services, construction, retail sales, or business development is preferred but not required
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
