Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, service-focused professionals to join our growing virtual team as Virtual Member Benefits Advisors. In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefits, help them understand their options, answer questions, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support. This opportunity combines customer service, member support, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required.

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and priorities
• Provide personalized service throughout the client experience
• Follow up with clients regarding questions and service needs
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and consistent communication

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through Zoom and phone
• Be willing to complete required training and professional development
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
