Role Description

Help Families Protect What Matters—While Building Your Career From Home. AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Benefits Representatives. You'll work with individuals and families through virtual Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with qualified members interested in learning about available benefits
• Listen to clients and identify their individual protection needs
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options clearly
• Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy features
• Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Deliver a professional, service-focused client experience

Your relationship with clients continues beyond enrollment. You'll also assist with:

• Policy reviews
• Beneficiary updates
• Coverage questions
• Policy changes and service requests
• Claims-related guidance
• Follow-up communication
• Changes in family protection needs

The goal is to build long-term relationships based on service, trust, and continued support.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located in the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate state insurance license
• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam capability
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training and professional development
