[Hiring] Customer Care Analyst @Amcor

Role Description

This role supports the Foodservice market within RPSNA by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely item and customer data across multiple systems. The position plays a critical role in maintaining ISCC item integrity, pricing adherence, and reporting, while also supporting sustainability initiatives and customer-facing data platforms. Through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, this role helps enable efficient order-to-cash processes and delivers reliable product information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor proper date management, item management, on ISCC items in the Cust Main Screen
• Monitor item pricing structure to adhere to ISCC pricing guidelines
• Monthly reporting on ISCC (or as required basis)
• Yearly reporting on totals items sold including ISCC items
• Monitor and resolve ISCC exclusion reports
• Provide foundational data for Sustainability Team
• Maintain and troubleshoot EDI (Electronic data interchange) connectivity with customers within the order to cash process
• Act as the point of contact for assigned external customer and third-party online portals
• Work closely with product line management, marketing, sales, and customer care to maintain Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) item attributes
• Perform new item upload and maintenance of existing items in the OneWorldSync Portal
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Data Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related Office applications
• Effectively communicate with customers, both external and internal
• JD Edwards experience required, item set up/customer cross reference/Bill of Material - preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detailed and strong multi-tasking skills
