Role Description

Our existing team is growing rapidly and is being strategically expanded together, we are continuing to build out our modern premium service, supporting our customers 24/7 personally and digitally by phone, email, and video. You support them even before pick-up during preboarding, guide them safely through the next steps, and stay by their side until they're finally in the car and ready to go. • You support our customers by phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7 and guide them through the entire pick-up process — from verification and digital pick-up through to the start of their journey — ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• You are close to the customer in video calls, explain processes in an understandable way, and provide reassurance, especially when digital workflows raise questions.
• You answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings.
• You review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or something needs to be clarified.
• You work internationally and, together with SIXT stations in various countries, ensure that our customers get on the road without detours.
• You recommend suitable products and services, making the rental experience even better.

Qualifications

• Customer Orientation: You quickly identify needs and issues, think one step ahead, and reliably guide customers through to a solution.
• Language & Communication Skills: You speak fluent German, English, and Spanish (all three languages are required). You can explain complex processes in simple terms, present yourself confidently and authentically in video calls, and find the right tone even in challenging situations.
• Digital Affinity: You naturally use modern tools (including video calling), digital processes, and technical solutions in your daily work.
• Flexibility: You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are willing to work in a 24/7 shift model including weekends and public holidays.
• Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and teams across borders.
• Sales Instinct: You recognize relevant additional needs and can convincingly recommend suitable products and services.
