Schedule - Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Hourly Pay - $20.00-$23.00. Paid Weekly.

The Customer Billing Coordinator is responsible for:

• Processing invoices and ensuring accuracy.
• Developing quotes by costing materials, supplies, and labor.
• Calculating customer payments, including deductibles.
• Generating invoices for customer payment.
• Maintaining a general understanding of the repair process.

Essential Functions

• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and finalized invoices to customers.
• Review estimates to verify parts for customer quotes are correct.
• Ensure all parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Prepare quotes and submit invoices to customers.
• Ensure customers are billed correctly for services provided.
• Coordinate with other departments for billing accuracy.
• Manage the end-to-end process of price quoting and invoicing.
• Write and prepare effective, compliant, and high-quality price quotes and invoices.
• Collaborate with other departments for efficient billing processes.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining quotes and obtaining approval of estimates.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to manage assigned Quote/Work Order/Invoice queue.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining invoices and obtaining POs for payment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required.
• One (1) to Two (2) years or more in customer service experience, Required.
