Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a skilled Croatian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Officer to provide remote support from Greece. This role offers the opportunity to deliver vital assistance to Croatian-speaking clients experiencing roadside emergencies while working remotely.

• Respond promptly to emergency roadside assistance requests from Croatian-speaking customers via telephone and online communication platforms.
• Assess emergencies accurately and coordinate necessary services such as towing, repairs, or roadside support.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients to ensure clear understanding and reassurance.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and service activities within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members and external providers to ensure seamless and timely assistance.
• Stay updated on company procedures and emergency response protocols to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English or Greek is advantageous.
• Experience in emergency roadside assistance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and remote communication tools.
• Ability to work remotely from Greece with a reliable internet connection.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as needed.
