Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a job opening for Croatian-Speaking Customer Service Representatives to work in Greece for a leading Online Streaming Service. This position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing outstanding support to Croatian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a premium streaming experience.

• Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and account management in Croatian.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding service features and promotional offers.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to streaming platforms and devices.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Keep updated on new content and updates to support customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Croatian (written and verbal) is required; English language skills are an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in online streaming or entertainment fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities focused on delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented and remote environment.
• Experience with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
