Role Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Croatian Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic and fast-growing customer support services team based remotely within Greece. This is an outstanding opportunity for fluent Croatian speakers looking to build or advance a rewarding career in the customer support services industry.

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels.
• Accurately identify, investigate, and resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain thorough and precise records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues.
• Proactively follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and ensure all outstanding matters are resolved.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and escalate relevant feedback to team leaders.
• Participate actively in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and quality evaluation programmes.
• Uphold the company's values of professionalism, empathy, and excellence in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Croatian language proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Valid EU passport or documentation confirming the legal right to work within the European Union.
• A confident and professional communicator with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or client-facing role is advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy, including the ability to navigate CRM platforms and standard office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
