[Hiring] Content Moderation - Bilingual Bulgarian/English @TaskUs

Role Description

As a Content Moderator, you will be instrumental in keeping our online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. You will:

• Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
• Identify subtle differences in the meaning of digital communication and accurately enforce the client’s terms of use.
• Monitor reports of abuse on the site.
• Participate in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives, and training to foster the well-being of you and the employee community.
• Escalate changes that may impact performance or maintain required KPIs.
• Adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and other project requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles.
• Scoring content on areas such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Receiving training on how to enforce the client’s policies.

Qualifications

• At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian (reading and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
• High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region.

• Participation in counseling sessions and wellness programs.
• Attendance at wellness coaching sessions to ensure awareness of wellness resources and job adjustment.
