Role Description

As a Contact Centre Associate, you will:

• Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence;
• Assist members and non-members with inquiries, requests and/or problems ensuring each inquiry or problem receives 100% resolution;
• Assist members with routine to complex transactions through a variety of electronic and digital channels;
• Recommend products and services that align with a member's needs and that will enhance their financial well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; post-secondary education with emphasis in business would be an asset
• One year in a Branch Ambassador role, or equivalent experience
• Prior loan and investment administration experience would be an asset
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organization skills
