Role Description

The Contact Assistant is responsible for validating phone numbers and accurately recording results. This is a structured, dialer-based position with no customer interaction—you will not engage in live conversations.

• Place outbound calls using phone numbers provided through internal systems (e.g., LexisNexis)
• Determine whether phone numbers are valid, invalid, or unknown
• Leave a standard voicemail message when required
• Accurately document all call outcomes in the system
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Ability to adhere to company policies and Employee Handbook

Requirements

• This is a remote position
• Must provide your own computer or laptop with:
  • Working camera and microphone
  • Headset
  • Reliable internet connection
• Punctuality is required
• Cellphone usage is reserved for the two fifteen-minute breaks and lunch hour
• Must adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the RTR Employee Handbook
