[Hiring] Consumer Order Management Specialist @TDS Telecom

Role Description

The Consumer Order Management Specialist is primarily responsible for managing order fulfillment tasks related to consumer wireline within Order Processing & Coordination. This position will be responsible for processing service orders in one or more of TDS’ fulfillment systems including but not limited to MetaSolv, Siebel, INAT, RNW, SABRE, DESI, and multiple porting systems. These duties can include:

• Verification of order accuracy
• Coordination of order updates and telephone number porting requests
• Managing online customer product and service requests
• Supporting minimal outbound calling needs as process dictates
• Placing orders and caring for all follow-up tasks required in the order process
• Working with TSS, Consumer Sales, Financial Services, Workforce Management, and other back-office provisioning teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and requests

This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience -OR- current military service or prior military service with honorable discharge
• 3+ years customer service experience
• 3+ years data entry experience

• Working knowledge of Contact Center Applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
• Ability to type 45 words per minute
• Experience in working in a Team Environment
