Role Description

We are seeking attentive, organized individuals to join our remote team as Concierge Support Specialists. In this position, you will help clients manage vacation details by researching options, coordinating requested services, and providing dependable assistance throughout the planning process. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and delivering thoughtful customer service. No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferred destinations, dates, budget, interests, priorities, and special requests.
• Research suitable accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
• Assist with arranging selected services and keep confirmations, booking details, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
• Provide concierge-style support by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and helping with standard adjustments when needed.
• Review information for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
