Role Description

Join the team at American Collectors Insurance as a Collector Car Insurance Specialist. This role is open to individuals located nationwide and involves working directly with policy holders, agents, and brokers in a virtual call center environment.

• Communicate directly with policy holders, agents, and brokers on new and existing business via phone and email.
• Maintain underwriting integrity by adhering to company standards and philosophy.
• Conduct risk analysis and determine eligibility.
• Quote and bind new business, and make changes to in-force policies.
• Handle back-to-back inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
• Establish relationships and follow up with customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior insurance sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines producer license.
• Prior experience with CRM systems.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze information for decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Strong ability to work independently as part of a virtual team.
• Positive customer and quality focus.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license.
• Prior insurance experience (ideally sales and service).
• Passion for client interaction and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
