Role Description

The Collector II will be responsible for handling calls on any past due mortgage and/or maintenance accounts, to include third-party servicing and collecting, via phone and mail.

• Emphasize handling/collecting calls while following all State and Federal Laws.
• Assist owners with a general understanding of the terms and conditions related to their ownership and contracts.
• Perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in collections or customer service.
• Knowledge of mortgage and maintenance accounts.
• Familiarity with State and Federal collection laws.
