Role Description

Collections Agent– Remote Opportunity with High Earning Potential! Put your collections, patient account, or revenue cycle experience to work with an established company that rewards performance.

Paragon Revenue Group is seeking experienced, motivated professionals to join our growing remote team. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in:

• Third-party collections
• Healthcare collections
• Early Business Office (EBO)
• Patient financial services

If you have experience managing patient or consumer accounts, working in a high-volume dialer environment, negotiating payments, or helping consumers resolve outstanding balances, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Third-party collections or first-party collections
• Healthcare collections, Early Business Office (EBO), or patient financial services
• High-volume inbound and outbound calling using an automated dialer
• Negotiating balances or establishing payment arrangements
• Healthcare revenue cycle operations, patient billing, or accounts receivable follow-up
• Working in a performance-driven call center with measurable productivity and quality goals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to guide consumers toward account resolution.
• Confidence discussing outstanding balances, payment options, and financial obligations.
• Experience handling a high volume of consumer or patient interactions.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while maintaining accurate account documentation.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet productivity expectations in a remote environment.
• Professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to compliance and customer service.
• Prior collections or patient financial experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with FDCPA, HIPAA, and healthcare revenue cycle practices is a plus.

Requirements

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, engaging with consumers and patients to resolve outstanding account balances and identify payment solutions.
• Discuss outstanding balances, collect payments, and establish appropriate payment arrangements.
• Utilize automated dialing technology and account management systems to efficiently manage daily workloads.
• Consistently work toward established collection, productivity, and quality goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and comply with applicable regulations and client guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve performance and achieve department objectives.
