Role Description

We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Success Specialists. In this role, you will help clients move confidently through the vacation-planning process by providing clear communication, researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and keeping important details on track. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and creating positive customer experiences. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

• Learn about each client's travel goals, preferred destinations, dates, interests, budget, and special requests.
• Explore and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages through approved resources.
• Support clients with coordinating selected services and organize confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Maintain regular communication by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes when necessary.
• Keep client records accurate, monitor important deadlines, and continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and available vacation experiences.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
