What You'll Do:

  • Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
  • Answer questions and provide professional support throughout the client experience

  • Educate clients on available supplemental benefit programs
  • Help clients identify coverage options that fit their individual needs
  • Assist with enrollment and policy updates

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients
  • Provide continued service and policy reviews
  • Build trust through exceptional customer care and follow-up

  • Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
  • Utilize virtual tools to manage workflow efficiently

• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, healthcare, hospitality, education, financial services, or sales is helpful—but not required.
