Role Description

At Sanderson Firm PLLC, the Client Success Specialist is an entry level role within the Client Success Department. This position assists the department with administrative tasks and client communications contributing to the success of client relations and satisfaction. Crucial skills for this position include:

Responsibilities

• Delivering product to clients in accordance with individual client handling protocols.
• Ensure on-time product delivery to meet internal and external turnaround times. Will require a flexible schedule (ex: staying past usual work hours if necessary).
• Perform quality control on cases assigned to ensure processing according to policy & procedures as well as client handling protocols.
• Assist with medical provider communication and contact as needed.
• Provide back-up and assistance to the department based on capacity.
• Regularly communicate with management regarding workload status and provide additional support as needed to other departments.
• Abide by all rules of the company such as safety, confidentiality, and organizational directives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) regulations and terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Liability insurance claims preferred.
• One to three years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work remotely in a productive, efficient, and professional manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat/PDF, and other standard business applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey information, actively listen, and seek clarification when necessary.
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and business writing.
• Ability to follow instructions, exercise sound judgment, and respond appropriately to management direction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and effectively manage time.
• Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and productivity while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and a strong attendance record.
• Flexibility to work additional hours or adjust schedules as needed to meet business demands and ensure timely product delivery.
