[Hiring] Client Success & Activation Specialist @OptionBots

Role Description

You own the customer after onboarding. Your job is to keep users active, solve their problems, and grow their accounts. This is a mix of customer success and sales: half support, half revenue.

What you'll do

• Support: answer tickets, chat, and calls, troubleshoot bot and broker setup issues, and escalate technical bugs to the dev team.
• Activation and retention: watch for users who stop running bots, reach out proactively, figure out why, and get them back up and running.
• Upsells and cross-sells: use support calls and check-ins to move users into higher-tier plans and other offers.
• Feedback: log complaints, feature requests, and recurring issues, then report patterns to leadership.

Qualifications

• Very comfortable on the phone, confident running calls with customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 1–2+ years in customer success, account management, or inside sales, ideally in SaaS.
• Interest in or familiarity with trading or investing.
• Self-driven and able to work US hours (EST overlap).

Requirements

• You must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Compensation

• $1,000/month base.
• Commission on upsells and cross-sells.
• Optional monthly bonus for hitting a reactivation or retention target.
