As a Remote Client Solutions Advisor, you will:

• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, schedules, budgets, and expectations.
• Use available online resources and systems to research and compare options.
• Organize information, provide recommendations, and assist clients throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Respond to new client inquiries and schedule consultations.
• Gather client information and research available options.
• Compare pricing and features, and prepare personalized recommendations.
• Assist with reservations and arrangements.
• Review confirmation details for accuracy.
• Maintain organized client records and communicate updates.
• Answer questions and follow up with clients when necessary.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you become familiar with the systems, processes, and tools used in the role. Candidates should be comfortable learning new technology and willing to participate in continued training and development.
