Role Description

Join a growing business in the financial planning and wealth management industry, supporting multiple advisors across a diverse client portfolio. This role is a high-impact, execution-focused Client Services Officer (CSO) position—responsible for handling the operational side of advice delivery, ensuring client data, systems, and workflows are accurate and up to date.

You’ll work across a shared model supporting multiple advisors and approximately 300+ clients, primarily using platforms like My Prosperity and Advisor Logic. This is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in an environment with evolving processes—where you’re expected to take ownership and figure things out, not wait for instructions.

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines
• Experience in Australian financial planning or wealth management support roles (MANDATORY)
• Hands-on experience using My Prosperity (MANDATORY)
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Advisor Logic or similar
• Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy skills
• Comfortable supporting multiple advisors and handling high client volumes
• Proactive and able to work with minimal structure or supervision
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Can work independently and manage competing priorities

Requirements

• Experience with FIN 365 or similar next-gen CRM platforms
• Familiarity with investment platforms: Netwealth, BetaShares, Vanguard
• Experience with insurance providers such as AIA or Zurich
• Strong understanding of financial planning workflows and compliance requirements
• Experience working in a shared services or multi-advisor support model
