Role Description

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Client Services Associate based in the United States. In this client relations, account support, and customer success role, you will serve as a primary liaison for our business clients. You will build strong client relationships, address complex inquiries, assist with account management, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure our clients receive an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with business clients through clear and proactive communication.
• Respond to client requests, account inquiries, and service escalations promptly and professionally.
• Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and platform walk-throughs to ensure successful adoption.
• Maintain accurate client records, interaction logs, and account updates within our CRM database.
• Partner with internal operations, product, and support teams to resolve client issues and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in client services, account support, customer success, or professional services coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a strong professional presence.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot client issues with empathy, high attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), G Suite, Slack, and video conferencing tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.
