Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Specialists. In this role, you'll meet virtually with clients to help them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You'll provide personalized guidance, assist with enrollment, and continue supporting clients after coverage is in place. This position combines customer service, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative sales in a fully remote environment. No previous insurance experience is required.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be physically located within the United States
• Have access to a computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments
• Be willing to complete required training
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
