What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
• Listen carefully to understand each client’s needs and priorities
• Explain available benefit options in a clear and professional manner
• Guide individuals and families through the application and enrollment process
• Provide follow-up support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience
• Participate in team meetings, development sessions, and ongoing training
