Role Description

In this role, you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits, helping them understand available coverage while providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.

As a Remote Benefits Services Representative, you'll help clients understand their available benefits while delivering outstanding customer service in a fully remote environment.

Client Support Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain products, services, and policy information
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism and trust

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
