Role Description

Are you great on the phone, organized with follow-up, and comfortable connecting with people throughout the day? We’re expanding our recruiting team and looking for a motivated, dependable Remote Phone Booker / Appointment Scheduler to help connect interested candidates with career opportunities and get them scheduled for the next step in our hiring process.

• Work with warm leads—individuals who have already applied or expressed interest.
• Focus on making connections, confirming interest, scheduling appointments, and helping candidates successfully move through the interview process.
• No previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Sound friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Enjoy talking with different people throughout the day.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Be comfortable making frequent outbound phone calls.
• Be comfortable using web-based technology.
• Be able to work independently and stay organized.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates.
• Be dependable and consistent with follow-up.
