[Hiring] Client Planning Advisor with Spanish @BSI

Role Description

This is a fast-paced role with a wide variety of responsibilities, and some of the activities include:

• Communicating to internal and external customers (telephone/emails).
• Building relationships with clients and colleagues (e.g., Sales, delivery team, etc.) to be truly successful.
• Supporting business strategy by achieving and exceeding KPIs and objectives through robust processes, Common Operating Model, and teamwork.
• Completing daily workflow driven activities to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Dealing with incoming enquiries from customers and colleagues, while executing forward planning and properly prioritizing work.

Qualifications

• Fluent or working proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2).
• Desire to learn and improve, with the ability to acquire new skills.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
