Role Description

We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and helping turn vacation ideas into organized getaway plans. As a Client Getaway Specialist, you will support clients as they explore destinations, consider different experiences, and coordinate the vacation services that work best for them.

• Connect with clients to understand the type of getaway they are interested in
• Gather information about preferred dates, budget, destination ideas, and special requests
• Search for vacation experiences that meet individual client needs
• Review resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities
• Present suitable choices and provide helpful information about available options
• Assist clients as they decide which arrangements work best for them
• Coordinate selected services using approved supplier and reservation resources
• Double-check traveler information and reservation details
• Keep confirmations and important vacation information organized
• Monitor deposits, final payments, and other time-sensitive items
• Stay in contact with clients as their departure date approaches
• Provide general updates and assist with routine reservation requests
• Maintain accurate records of client arrangements and communications
• Participate in continued destination and supplier education

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Organized with the ability to follow through on tasks
• Careful when working with dates, names, and reservation details
• Comfortable conducting online research
• Able to manage multiple client requests at the same time
• Capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer, email, and internet skills
• Willing to learn new systems and online platforms
• Reliable internet access and compatible device
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying countries
