Role Description

As a Remote Client Experience Team Leader, you'll help coach and support a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while building strong relationships with clients in a fully remote environment. You'll collaborate with experienced leaders, strengthen your leadership abilities, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
