Role Description

Our remote team is continuing to grow, and we're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Client Experience Getaway Specialists. In this position, you'll assist clients throughout the vacation planning journey by helping coordinate travel details, organizing reservations, and ensuring every step of the process runs smoothly.

This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and delivering excellent support in a flexible work-from-home environment. No previous travel industry experience is necessary—comprehensive training and ongoing team support are included.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand travel interests, schedules, and vacation goals
• Support the coordination of accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
• Research and review travel options using approved booking and supplier systems
• Provide updates regarding reservations, confirmations, and itinerary progress
• Respond to client questions through phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Assist with schedule adjustments, booking modifications, and follow-up requests
• Keep organized records and maintain accurate client documentation
• Participate in onboarding sessions, virtual trainings, and continued development programs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer support skills
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online systems
• Reliable internet connection and professional attitude
• Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, scheduling, retail, or administration are helpful but not required
