Role Description

As a Client Experience Concierge, you'll assist travelers throughout their planning journey helping coordinate arrangements, share important updates, and ensure every detail is handled smoothly from start to finish. No prior travel experience is necessary—comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

What You Will Do

• Connect with clients to understand trip goals, preferences, and timelines
• Assist with building and organizing travel plans, including lodging, transportation, and activities
• Research and compare options using approved systems and tools
• Keep clients informed with clear updates on bookings and next steps
• Respond to questions via email, phone, and secure messaging platforms
• Handle itinerary changes, updates, and follow-up requests
• Maintain accurate client records and planning notes
• Participate in onboarding and continuous development sessions
