Role Description

Ready for a role that actually changes your trajectory? Our Client Operations team doesn’t just answer tickets; we solve complex financial puzzles and translate them into simple, human solutions. We are the operational engine powering Canada's largest fintech, and we are looking for sharp, ambitious problem-solvers to join us.

This is a 6-month contract starting October 26th 2026, with strong possibilities for extension and conversion to permanent full-time based on business needs and your performance!

The Hours:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
• Fixed Wednesday to Sunday shifts - rotating between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM.
• Training will be Monday to Friday for 4 Weeks (9am-5pm).

The Location: REMOTE IN CANADA

Your Daily Impact

• The Voice of Wealthsimple: You aren’t just a support agent; you are an advocate for our clients’ financial freedom. You will break down complex investment, trading, and personal finance concepts so they are simple and accessible.
• Strategic Problem Solving: You own the client journey end-to-end. Whether navigating a massive institutional transfer or untangling a back-office glitch, you ensure our clients hit their financial goals.
• "Maker-Owner" Mindset: You’ll work cross-functionally with Product and Operations, learning the deep mechanics of our tools and actively improving them based on your front-line insights.
• Expertise at Scale: Master multiple financial platforms simultaneously and establish yourself as a true fintech expert.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume customer service experience (Retail, Hospitality, Banking, or Tech Support).
• A genuine interest in personal finance and the stock market.
• Comfortable juggling multiple browser tabs, living in Slack, and leveraging keyboard shortcuts for maximum speed.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Bilingual French is a massive plus!).
• Resilient, adaptable, and ready to embrace a rotating schedule in a hyper-growth environment.
