Role Description

Globe Life AO is seeking dependable, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our virtual team as Remote Client Enrollment Specialists. In this position, you'll connect with prospective and existing clients through Zoom and phone appointments to discuss available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. You'll listen to client needs, answer questions, explain appropriate coverage options, assist with enrollment once licensed, and provide ongoing client support.

This position combines customer service, benefits education, client relationship management, and consultative insurance sales. No previous insurance experience is required to apply. We provide training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and professional-development opportunities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically located within an eligible U.S. location.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace.
• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone.
• Demonstrate professional communication skills.
• Be willing to complete required training.
• Be comfortable with consultative insurance sales.
• Understand the commission-only compensation structure.
• Hold or be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License.
• Be able to complete applicable state licensing and background requirements.
