Role Description

AO Globe Life is expanding across Canada and opening a limited number of seats on our Client Enrollment team. Fully remote. You meet Canadian families over Zoom who have already asked to hear from us, help them choose coverage that fits their life, and get paid every week for the work you do.

WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE:

• Meet Canadian families over Zoom (they booked the meeting, not you)
• Walk them through their benefit options in plain language
• Help them choose coverage that fits — not the biggest number on a chart
• Complete applications cleanly and follow up like a pro
• Sit in on daily coaching — more locker room than boardroom

Qualifications

• People who write and speak clearly
• People who show up when they say they will
• People who are curious about others
• People who are done being invisible in a large company

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Resident of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON or NL
• Reliable internet and a quiet home setup
