Role Description

You will schedule virtual consultations, help clients understand available coverage options, and guide them through the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Assess client needs and provide guidance on life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
• Support clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up assistance
• Maintain accurate digital records of client interactions and documentation
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and leadership sessions
• Contribute insights and best practices to help strengthen overall team performance

Qualifications

• Have experience in leadership, client service, management, consulting, or operations roles
• Communicate clearly and confidently in virtual environments
• Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
• Enjoy helping others while contributing to team success
• Are comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and other digital tools

• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
