As a Leadership Development Associate, you'll gain hands-on client experience while developing the skills necessary to pursue future leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Client Service & Relationship Building
  • Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
  • Connect with clients who have requested information regarding available benefits
  • Identify client needs through thoughtful, professional conversations
  • Explain supplemental benefit and coverage options clearly
  • Answer questions and provide personalized guidance
  • Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
  • Provide ongoing service and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Build long-term relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service
