Role Description

We're continuing to expand our remote team and are looking for dependable, service-minded individuals to join us as Client Concierges. In this role, you'll support clients as they plan upcoming travel and lifestyle experiences by helping keep details organized, providing timely updates, and ensuring everything flows smoothly from start to finish. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying on top of details, and contributing to positive client experiences—all within a flexible, work-from-home environment. No prior travel experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, goals, and timelines
• Assist with organizing travel components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Keep clients informed with updates on planning progress and confirmations
• Review available options using approved platforms and share relevant details clearly
• Respond to questions through email, phone, and online messaging tools
• Support changes, updates, and follow-up requests as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized records within internal systems
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions
