Role Description

As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you'll help create a professional and positive experience for prospective and existing clients. Your responsibilities may include:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Welcome prospective clients and create a professional virtual experience
• Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits
• Ask questions to understand client needs and priorities
• Listen carefully to concerns and questions
• Explain benefit and coverage information clearly
• Help clients understand available options
• Provide needs-focused recommendations once appropriately licensed
• Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Help complete applicable documentation
• Assist with beneficiary information
• Conduct applicable policy and benefit reviews
• Provide consistent client follow-up
• Respond professionally to service-related questions
• Maintain accurate digital records
• Build long-term relationships through communication and dependable service

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications
• Be comfortable communicating with clients through phone and video
• Be willing to participate in required training
• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License
