• Answering questions and explaining available options
• Ensuring a professional client experience throughout the process

Compensation:

• $50,000–$65,000 annually (performance-based)
• Additional bonus opportunities available

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, customer service, account management, or client support preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must have access to a laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
• High school diploma or GED required
• From Louisiana/Mississippi/Michigan
