Role Description

We are looking for friendly, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Client Advisors. This remote opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys helping others, researching options, staying organized, and creating positive client experiences.

• Communicate with clients to learn about their preferences, needs, and expectations.
• Research available options and provide helpful recommendations.
• Assist with coordinating arrangements and remain available to answer questions throughout the planning process.
• Build strong client relationships and provide dependable service.
• Respond to new inquiries and conduct client consultations.
• Research and compare options, preparing customized recommendations.
• Assist with reservations and maintain client records.
• Follow up on requests and communicate important information and updates.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals who are willing to learn and comfortable working independently.
