[Hiring] Claims Service Representative @SCM Insurance Services

Role Description

• Field and enter new claims reports received through a variety of methods, such as email, telephone, and fax.
• Deal with new claim reports and customer inquiries received through various methods, escalating more complex issues according to company policies and procedures.
• Generate statistical reports as required.
• Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence, sorting and flagging urgent items, following up for information when required.
• Process and type form letters or other items as assigned.
• Provide administrative support and assistance when required.
• Help identify improvements to be made to process and share these with management.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail.
• Other duties as required in order to meet team objectives.

Requirements
