Role Description

We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to assist customers through online chat and provide quick, helpful answers to their questions and service requests. You will handle multiple conversations throughout the day, resolve common issues, and work with internal teams when additional support is needed.

• Respond to customer questions through online chat
• Resolve common customer issues and service requests
• Provide accurate information about orders, services, and locations
• Escalate issues that require additional support
• Document customer interactions in company systems
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone across all conversations
• Meet established response and service-quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, chat support, retail, hospitality, or similar experience
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Good typing and multitasking skills
• Patient, friendly, and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable handling multiple conversations at once
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

Requirements

• Previous chat or online customer support experience
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms
• Food service, hospitality, or retail experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills

Benefits

• $17–$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
