A Better Solution In Home Care Redondo Beach is seeking an entry-level Chat Support Clerk to join our dedicated team in Atlanta. You'll manage online chat inquiries, answer questions about services, schedule appointments, and ensure every client feels supported and valued. Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming chat messages in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
• Provide accurate information about home care services, availability, and pricing
• Assist clients with scheduling consultations and coordinating initial assessments
• Document all chat interactions in our customer service system
• Transfer complex inquiries to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Follow up on chat conversations to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
• Collaborate with the broader support team to improve response times and service quality
• Identify common client questions and suggest updates to our chat response templates
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
