[Hiring] Chat Operator @Social Discovery Group

Role Description

We are looking for a Chat Operator. Your main tasks will be:

• Monitor chat conversations for 8+ hours per day
• Occasionally respond on behalf of companions to improve response quality
• Track and analyze conversation dynamics between clients and companions
• Evaluate Copilot performance and response quality
• Identify and report issues with automated replies
• Coordinate content creation requests (photos/videos) based on client needs

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Patience and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
• Structured and systematic approach to work
• Understanding of customer psychology and ability to empathize with different user groups
• Interest in learning and working with AI tools
• Fast learner with a growth mindset
• Strong written Russian and good English skills
