[Hiring] Centralized Scheduling Coordinator @Access Physical Therapy & Wellness

Role Description

Access Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Central Scheduler to join our team! This opportunity is ideal for an individual with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, a love for continuous learning, and a passion for helping others.

• Full-Time M-F
• Location: Remote
• Pay Rate: $16-$18/HR
• Looking for Bilingual Candidate - English/Spanish

Responsibilities include:

• Pleasantly answering phones and scheduling patients via online chat, phone, email, text, and fax.
• Interacting with patients and referral sources on the phone.
• Working with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to assist with customer service and scheduling efforts.
• Learning and navigating through 2 EMR systems.
• Scheduling patients for all 34 of our locations in both NJ and PA.
• Accurately registering patients according to company policy and procedures and ensuring required forms are completed and signed by patients.
• Demonstrating amazing Customer Service and maintaining HIPAA Compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality, and customer service skills.
• Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience in medical reception but not required.
• Previous history with and working knowledge of insurance benefits, administrative duties, customer service, and office experience a plus.
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English required.
