Role Description

SIGNATURE WORLDWIDE is looking for an inspiring customer service professional to be a part of our Call Center team. This position entails posing as an ordinary customer (event planner, travel planner) and making mystery shop calls. Researching and reviewing information to supplement or create scenarios as necessary is part of the shopper’s responsibility. The right candidate will receive comprehensive training to excel in this position.

We have an amazing Call Center team and an incredible company culture centered around our Core Values. This position will work from home, and the hours are flexible (you set your schedule each week).

• Available hours are approximately 5 hours per week.
• Work must be performed during the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
• This part-time position earns $14.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
• Intermediate computer and office software proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in hospitality sales and/or meeting/event planning preferred
