Role Description

On behalf of Connecteam, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Call Scheduler to engage with existing paying customers proactively. In this role, you will:

• Make outbound follow-up calls to active customers.
• Build relationships and offer free training sessions.
• Help customers maximize the value of the Connecteam platform.
• Act as a helpful guide, ensuring customers feel supported and discover new ways to use the system effectively for their daily operations.

Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (CST) — required

Qualifications

• Spotless/fluent English — non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory).
• Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style.
• Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users.
• Highly disciplined and organized.
• All other skills (product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taught.
