[Hiring] Call Center Manager @Roofing

Role Description

• Lead and manage the inside sales call center team
• Coach, train, and develop inside sales representatives
• Drive performance around lead response, appointment setting, and conversion
• Monitor team activity, KPIs, and call center performance
• Help improve scripts, processes, reporting, and workflows
• Recruit and onboard new team members as the department grows
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team accountability
• Work closely with leadership to help build and scale the inside sales operation

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a B2C inside sales or call center environment
• Strong coaching and performance management experience
• Experience managing call center KPIs and reporting
• Experience leading remote team members
• Comfortable with dialer and CRM systems
• High-energy, hands-on leadership style
• Home services experience is preferred but not required
• Experience managing a larger call center team is a plus

Requirements

• Remote role for candidates in the Central or Eastern time zones
